Contact for Concerns & Grievances

Below are some quick links to help direct your questions, concerns, and grievances to the correct place — we know there’s nothing more frustrating than being shuffled around.

TNAA Clinical Department

For travelers with questions or concerns while on assignment, contact our Clinical Department. This team provides critical onboarding, career coaching, and feedback to our travelers. They’re also nurses. The clinical team works to ensure nurses can stay on contract, from issues of emotional challenges on the job to ratios while being asked to float. For these issues, please direct your communication to our VP of Clinical Services.

TNAA Social Media Concerns

For questions, grievances, or concerns regarding social media, please reach out to [email protected]. We can assist you with any complains, criticisms and negative related comments found during the business use of social media. You should never comment on any legal matters or speak with the media on behalf of TNAA. Instead, direct legal and media inquiries to the social media concerns email account.

TNAA Human Resources

Maybe you’re not sure who to contact, but you have an issue you feel should be addressed. The VP of HR will be your go-to. Upon receiving your complaint or concern, the VP of HR will determine which department is most suited to resolve the issue. The department head would then be responsible for evaluating the issue and pursuing a solution in an efficient manner that is in the best interest of the complainant (you) and TNAA.

Maybe your situation is not tied clearly to one singular department or it may involve sensitive circumstances. In these instances, the complaint will be handled by the VP of HR. Remember, if something involves sensitive information, it is important to reach out to HR. While you may feel extremely comfortable with your recruiter, we want to ensure that your issue is documented according to best practices to protect any sensitive or personal information.
