How many advertisements can I post on your website?
You may post as many ads as you like, temporary or permanent positions.

You may choose 10 days, 30 days or 45 days.

They simply choose by location and specialty criteria.

Do I have to sign a contract to use this service?
No. There are no obligations for using this service. As a matter of fact we do not have 'contracts' we have simple staffing agreements that are non-binding and very flexible to meet your company's needs and procedures.

If I discover a candidate on your website that looks promising, what do I do next?
You may request an interview online or you may contact us at 1-800-240-2526 to speak with a Hospital Services Manager. If you are interested in a candidate, we will send you an agreement for your review. Please note that by signing this agreement, you are in no way obligated or bound to use Travel Nurse across America for your staffing needs.

How does the interview process work?
We will setup an introductory conference call between you and the applicant. The interview allows you and the candidate to determine if this is a good fit for the both of you.

What happens after the interview?
If you and the candidate decide this is a good fit, we will send you an employment confirmation. Once the confirmation is signed by you and the candidate, we will begin making arrangements for the employee's arrival at your facility. We handle drug screens, licensing requirements, background checks, travel arrangements and housing. They will arrive at your facility, ready to work according to the start date you require.

Will the candidate be on our payroll or your payroll?
Traveling RN's will be on our payroll and we simply bill you a flat hourly rate. No payroll taxes, withholdings, tax reports, etc. The RN will simply fax in a timesheet with the appropriate supervisor's signature for approval. Permanently placed RN's will be considered your full time employee, thus they will be required to be on your payroll.

How qualified are your candidates?
Experience varies. Good references are a must. Each applicant is thoroughly screened before we allow them to interview with our client hospitals.
